Alvexnora product prices and stated delivery charges are in USD.

Before payment

Review the merchandise subtotal, discounts, shipping and applicable checkout taxes before submitting payment. Available payment methods are those shown by the actual checkout. We do not promise a method that is unavailable there.

Discounts and free standard shipping

The $50 standard shipping threshold uses the discounted merchandise subtotal before shipping and applicable taxes. Standard shipping below that threshold is $5.99; at or above it, standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping is $7.99 where available.

Price or listing errors

If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available correction or cancellation options as required by law. A price error does not give us a right to remove mandatory consumer protections.

Payment problems and refunds

For a payment issue, contact your payment provider and email us with the order reference. Do not email full card numbers or security codes. Approved refunds use the original payment method; provider posting time is separate from our processing time.
