Terms of Service

Effective date: October 10, 2026. These terms apply to Alvexnora, operated by Chengdu Hanyun Zhengji Network Technology Co., Ltd.. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to applicable terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Use of the store

Provide accurate information and use the store lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, misuse another person’s information, upload unlawful content or attempt fraud. Keep your account credentials private. You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement or have appropriate authorisation.

Products and imagery

Descriptions state the information available for the item. Images include AI-generated concept visualizations and are illustrative; background props are not included unless expressly listed. Colours can vary with screen settings. Unlisted materials, dimensions, capacities, certifications, origins and appliance compatibility are not claimed. Ask for missing information before relying on it for a particular use. Nothing limits rights concerning an item that is defective or not as described.

Prices and payment

Prices and stated shipping charges are USD. Applicable taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Review the full amount before payment. Discounts apply according to their stated conditions. The free standard shipping threshold uses the discounted merchandise subtotal. If a material pricing or listing error affects an order, we explain the issue and lawful correction or cancellation options rather than silently imposing a new price.

Orders and changes

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request. Order fulfilment depends on payment, necessary information and availability. We may contact you to resolve an issue or explain a lawful refusal or cancellation, with an appropriate refund where applicable. Email promptly for a change or cancellation; we must check the stage before confirming what can be done. See Order Changes & Cancellations.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy form part of the shopping information. Preparation and standard carrier transport are separate, with a combined planning estimate of 15–25 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed appointments. Delay handling must respect applicable law. Request a return within 30 days of receipt before sending a parcel; mandatory rights take precedence over store conditions.

Care and safe handling

Follow instructions supplied with the actual item. Use stable surfaces, handle hot liquid carefully and avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not assume every vessel is suitable for a microwave, dishwasher, stovetop or oven. Stop using cracked or damaged items. General website guidance does not replace item-specific instructions.

Content and third-party services

Our original branding, text and layouts are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use the site for personal shopping; copying or commercial reuse requires appropriate permission. Third-party links and services have their own terms and data practices. We are not responsible for a third party merely because a link is present, subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains store data handling and request channels. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data in support messages.

Responsibility and unavoidable events

We aim to keep the store information accurate and accessible. Maintenance, carrier disruptions and events outside reasonable control can affect services. We will explain material order issues and available remedies. No wording excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

Governing law and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and disputes may be brought before courts with jurisdiction at the company’s location in Chengdu, Sichuan. This does not remove mandatory rights or legally required access to courts available to consumers in their own jurisdiction. Contact us first so we can try to address the issue.

Changes and severability

Revisions apply prospectively as permitted by law; they do not retroactively remove rights relating to a completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to the extent lawful. Relevant rights are not waived merely because they are not exercised immediately.
